Within all my containers I strive to bring the utmost safety throughout our sessions, as we explore sexuality from a place of resource, Honouring your own bodies wisdom & regularly checking in with my clients progress.

I ground my work in deepest love, & believe that every client that walks through the door deserves a relationship with me bound in high trust because love itself is a relationship, & believe through this value we (The client & I) create the deepest commitment to our practice container.

Within my coaching containers & throughout all of my programmes I believe in showing gratitude for all who walk through the doors, I also feel it’s important to maintain honesty & will not shy away from those difficult conversations, but instead take radical responsibility & continually show up using my core values System to navigate difficult conversations  and encourage all my community to do the same. 

I show up in compassion always, speaking from a place of kindness, activity listening from a place of no judgment,  being mindful of the experiences, thoughts & emotions of my clients and cultivating a container that is fully accepting of all.  

We explore and get curious as we peel back the layers, facilitating a deeper connection to ourselves & the world around us. Curiosity enables us to ask questions, to explore & engage in our own thoughts & feelings, a fundamental tool within our coaching container. 

One thing that is super important for me as an expert in my field is celebrating people, as a society we often focus on the negatives in life, but what I have found is when we celebrate even the smallest of things we can bring so much more love & understanding into our world. and you my friend deserve a life abundant in celebration, & that’s why when you work with me I will always open up our container in total celebration of you.
