We are certainly living in a time of the unknown with the pandemic, and the world on lock down, one minute we are living life normally and the next our routines have completely changed and a world of uncertainty hits us, we are stuck in confinement and have no control over what is happening in the outside world. You feel anxious while you go through all this, maybe you feel alone and unsure, and even once you have started to get used to your new routine you are still feeling a little lost and not really sure in which direction you need to go, your daily routine is becoming monotonous and it feels like groundhog day.

You are stuck in a rut, your mojo has gone, you have stopped getting excited about anything, you’re dwelling on the past. Every little thing makes you feel bored. You have binge watched Netflix, you’re sick of drinking alone and Jo wicks was great for a few days, but now well, now he just grates on you, you have stopped seeing a purpose to anything that you do, and you get annoyed over every little thing. Yep girl you are in a rut.

Don’t you worry I have your back, together we can get though this pandemic, together we can find purpose in the madness. What you need to remember is you are a god damn goddess and you’re in charge of your life in any given moment.  You deserve to be happy, to enjoy life again so let’s get started.

  1. No matter how demotivated you are feeling right now know that you have got this and do whatever it takes to keep going and get though your day. Dance like no one is watching, pull out the hair bush and lose yourself as you take to the stage and belt out your favourite track. Get lost in the moment.
  2. Ok so somethings are out of our control right now, but there is always reason to be grateful, it might not feel that way right now but believe me there are hundreds of reasons that life is going great for you right now. Use the power of gratitude to motivate you and lift you up.
  3. So, your environment has you feeling like your living the same day, day after day after day. And it’s got you feeling blue.  Let’s mix it up a little, why not use this time to decorate a room.  Re organise your meditation space. Or sew some seeds in the garden. A little change will do you the world of good.
  4. Take this time to really get to know your body, self-care is a MUST at this time. Practice Mindfulness, take long hot bubble baths, paint your toes the colours of the rainbow, and dust of that sex toy and enjoy getting lost rediscovering what makes you tick.
  5. Remember you are a goddam Diva, and you are worthy of all the good that comes your way. Reenforce this with a set of powerful Divalicious Affirmations to start your morning.

I am resilient and can get though anything.

I am a goddam goddess.

I am beautiful.

I am powerful.

I am confident
